It was honestly hard to find recipes to use this in. I expected it to be an egg substitute when mixed with water but it was very difficult to mix. Probably can only be used for baking very specific recipes. Though I imagine it’s great for those who don’t want to spend time manually separating egg white from the yolk.

This egg white powder in a bag was very questionable to me at first but after using it I will never again have to separate my whites from yolks. The powder is perfect and so simple to use with conversions right on the bag.

These powdered egg whites are such a brilliant concept! Can be used for baking and in smoothies and doesn't come with the mess of traditional egg whites!
