I personally use these when baking! The flavor accuracy is great, everyone has always told me that it’s not super minty, but has just the right flavor and texture. The texture is very consistent, and it melts wonderful. The packaging is always made super nicely, and the ingredient quality is wonderful. The product is also very affordable.
