Love this brand. No need to rinse. Easy to make and can utilize this quinoa for multiple types of meals from savory to sweet. If you haven't tried quinoa before I highly suggest trying Ancient harvest brand products first. I've continually gone back to this brand due to the quality of the product. Two of my favorite ways to use it is for chicken parm casserole (you can find a recipe by looking up the protein chef.) and quinoa patties that are packed full of shredded carrot and zucchini. I am always looking for ways to boost protein but I also enjoy meat-free meals and quinoa is perfect for helping me achieve those goals.

This is an amazing brand. Not only this product but also all the products of this brand are amazing. I wasnt unhappy with this purchase as i wasnt with any other product of this brand. You guys should definetely give it a try. I know you wont regret and be happy just like me.
