Review for: Alabaster (very fair skin w/cool undertone) more...
Prior to finding this product, I hated shopping for foundation. I have very, very fair skin with cool undertones. Simply put, there was not a foundation for my skin. Everything was too tan or too golden to match. I tried not to be too hopeful when I saw the release of this line, mostly because it seemed too good to be true. I doubted that I would find my shade in a stick foundation for $25. Prior to this, I had been to Sephora multiple times to be matched. The ABH stick foundation in alabaster was my first match. I was so excited that I wanted to cry. After purchasing this foundation, I fell in love.

The packaging is very beautiful. The foundation stick looks great on my makeup tray, especially when it's displayed with my other ABH products. The golden details like the inner tube and lettering are particularly beautiful.

In terms of the product itself, my only complaint is that there could be a little more. Again, this is forgivable when evaluated in terms of the price. The formula applies best when worn over moisturizer or primer; otherwise, it really emphasizes pores. I apply long swipes across my face then buff the foundation in with a dense and short foundation brush. The coverage is easily adjustable, one of the foundation's biggest merits. If set with powder and setting spray, it does not budge at all throughout a day of wear.

This foundation provides great coverage without the cakey look. To me, this product is worth more than $25. This is truly a foundation for everyone, considering the expansive range of shades and low price.

Review for: Banana (highlight pale yellow) more...
I had never used a stick foundation prior to this one. Afer seeing it alone at Marshall's, I got curious on whether it would match my tone. It is a pale yellow, like it says. But it makes me look awake. I find this tone to be flattering on my skin. I was very pleasantly surprised to find how thoroughly it blended out and masked my redness. Little bummed that i passed it up for so long, but I'm glad I have it now.

Takeaway;
Easy to blend
creamy
No scent
doesn't irritate my skin

Cons;
None so far!

I use the Anastasia Beverly Hills Stick Foundations every single day to highlight and contour my look. I love love love them. They go on so easily and blend right into my foundation without any noticeable changes in texture or finish The can be blended with a brush or a beauty blender to achieve a flawless complexion. I do not think i have found any other foundation stick or contour/highlighting stick that I like more. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars is because of the price.

Buildable coverage medium to full ABH Stick foundation is comparable to Lancôme Teint Idole stick formula. Now here is the tea when it comes to ABH vs Lancôme Anastasia’s stick is more on the dewy side less matte than Lancôme also ABH seems like it would not be friendly for those who tend to have oily skin types normal to dry skin would benefit from this foundation. The creamy formula is heavy to the touch meaning it would have the same effect on the skin also means not transfer proof I swatched this shade on my arm after several wipes it was like I applied foundation to most of my arm so a bit goes a long way I would not recommend nothing other than applying dots or swatches when applying if you a are full coverage sister by all means glaze you’re face in this but please bake at 350• you’ll need it ok must bake or use setting powder to lock in or to cut the dewy finish more into a matte finish. I was not gagging over ABH stick foundation have using stick formulas primarily for years I say go back to the lab on this one fix an tweek a few things then resubmit so many other stick brands even low end or drug store performed better. If you’re looking for $25.00 foundation this is $20.00 worth pay the extra $5.00 for her name to be attached cause not a penny more would it be worth. Anastasia or Norvina did not put there best efforts or ingredients.

Review for: Anastasia Beverly Hills Stick Foundation more...
I loved this foundation stick. I purchased before a wedding and the shade a bought was a little darker but I was able to work with it. I searched a few in Ulta before the purchasing but it was still a little off. I ended up buying a shade closer to my complexion at Tj Maxx but the packaging was different so I wasn’t sure of its authenticity. The formula is really creamy and easy to blend out and provides good coverage.

I recently tried this foundation, I think it’s pretty good! Unfortunately I grabbed the wrong shade so I haven’t been able to actually wear it on its own yet - have to mix to get my right shade! But the coverage seems awesome and buildable. It smooths out great with a sponge or a brush! Hopefully I can snag my shade to give it a full test!

Review for: Fawn (contour cafe latte) more...
I use this shade to contour with. This is the recommended shade to contour with, yet it’s very gray. Also, the formula is rather waxy and hard. That makes it impossible to blend out and removes my foundation as I try to blend it. I just did not like it to contour with. However, I would try it as a foundation considering the rave about it.

I LOVEEEEE. This is literally one of my favorite foundations not so much because of the formula but because of the shade. I have a tricky shade & Anastasia has seemed to nail it right on. For that I will forever be loyal to this, just wish they would make liquid foundations with a longer lasting formula. A girl can only dream.

I was initially worried that this product would look cakey if I used it as a highlighter. However it proved me wrong by working as a beautiful cream highlighter especially under my eyes! A little goes a long way and it blends great with a beauty blender. Add it on top of your foundation or use it by itself to create light.

I had this product for a couple months before I eventually tried it, and I had no idea what I was missing! I've never used any other foundation stick before, and I was completely shook. It's all I've worn all last week at work now! The color match is perfect for me, and it applies SO well with my Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge. It feels so incredibly light on the skin, it doesn't crease, and the coverage is so pretty! It doesn't completely cover my hyperpigmented spots so I would call it a medium coverage foundation. I usually prefer full coverage but I'm obsessed with this foundation right now and don't even want to wear anything else at the moment. I have oily and acne-prone skin and this product doesn't make me shiny or cause any breakouts. I'm a fan for life!

I've been dying to try this foundation! How is the color matching with woman of color? I find it so hard to find shades you don't have to mix! Also, how is this foundation with combo/oily skin?

I have super oily skin, and I'm trying to find a long wearing foundation that can control the shine, and something that won't hurt my wallet. I was wondering if this is a product that would be good for me, and if you apply the product as on your skin.

Is this recommend for oily skin? Does the coverage look Cakey and feel heavy? Or does it look and feel light?
