I was initially skeptical about the AmyLu sausages, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious they were. My local grocery store only carried two flavors, so I decided to try the Apple and Gouda Chicken. These sausages are high in protein (15g per serving) and free from antibiotics, nitrates, and nitrites, which is a huge plus. The box contains four sausages, and unlike typical packaging, these are individually wrapped—perfect if you're not planning to eat them all at once. Although the sausages are fully cooked, I decided to pan-sear them, and they turned out incredibly juicy with great flavor—without being overly salty. While I didn’t catch much of the Gouda flavor, I still found them enjoyable. I’m looking forward to trying the other flavors from this brand!

I’m not a big fan of chicken sausages but this one by Amylu easy pork single serve was surprisingly good. I’ve tried Roasted garlic & Asiago and Cacio Pepe /pecorino, Parmesan cheese & cracked black pepper/ flavors Chicken sausages. Both mild spicy. It’s only made with real food no nitrates, no notes, gluten-free meat product. Chicken raised with no antibiotics, no hormones and vegetarian feed. It’s fully cooked refrigerated/frozen product of 12 oz. Proudly made in Chicago, USA.
