The Change That this hair mask has done to my hair since the first time I use it it’s incredible. Regular application, but it absorbs in your hair easily mind you my hair is very thin and it has some damage because I dyed regularly.. I used this once a week. It is pricey, but definitely worth it.

Amica soul food nursing hair mask is to die for. It completely transformed how light my hair is in the texture even just with one simple use. It contains such nourishing ingredients, including one of my favorite ones for a hair mask Jojoba oil. Which is a great hydrator to help repair dryness and damage. Whoever said you cannot help it unless you cut it all off is lying. This left such a noticeable shine that it looked like it was freshly died. I couldn’t help but notice how soft and gentle my hair was to the touch and how easy it was to detangler, and my hair simply was able to manage the winds. For a lasting long effect I do recommend using this about once a week to help with the phrase and maybe even past damage.
