This is the best food coloring I have ever used. With the popularity of red velvet, the Elmo themed birthday cakes and casino parties I bake and decorate for I will forever be indebted to americolor for producing such an amazing coloring gel. It gets the red you need without making your stuff taste bitter or costing an arm and a leg.
