American is the worst airline. I've had more issues with them since moving to a city with an American hub than I did living at a delta hub for 20 years. Flights are constantly delayed for no reason, and their status program is impossible to move up in. Just avoid them at all costs. Delta is much better and will disappoint you much less frequently.
My favorite primarily because my city is a hub. Have had almost no challenges with luggage. Very few with late departures or arrivals and have always had a good customer service experience.
American Airlines is a good company to choose, do you want to pay more for additional features you make it for three with other companies but that is the price you pay when using American Airlines. they’re always willing to try to cut cost down for some patrons, I may not fly as often or cannot afford to fly so given the actors American Airlines is the best
I like flying American Airlines because the security doesn’t take as long as Delta, but they are somewhat rude. I also don’t really like having to tear off and put on my own baggage stickers. Delta will always do that for me. Their prices are somewhat cheaper sometimes. Overall I am satisfied, especially with the fast security, and less people fly.
I’ve had an overall good experience will American Airlines, their employees are kind and helpful. There were a few times when I have boarded a plane and I found it dirty or things were broken, like the small head lamp, ac, the button to push the seat back. I would fly this airline again only because they have good ticket prices and sometimes have good deals.
Horrible customer service with it being Nearly impossible to redeem Award miles for anything valuable. I fly American relatively often to go international but I wouldn’t voluntarily use it domestically if other airlines flew where I wanted to go
American is my preferred airline. I travel often for work and usually choose to fly with them. Their booking process, online check in, seat selection, etc. seems to be the most simplified of any airline I’ve traveled. For the most part their planes have a screen for each seat (and power outlet) which makes the travel experience much less tedious.
Stupid narrow seats are the bane of my existence. I need about 18 in to be even remotely comfortable and some of their planes have seats as small as 16.9 inches across. I fly them because they are cheap, but I hate the seat width. In terms of entertainment and food, their not great, but I'm not flying for those reasons so I don't' care that much.
I hate flying American however they always offer the most convenient flights. American never offers snacks and I hate that the most, especially when I go on long flights. The service is always great, however some attendants are rude and unhelpful. There is only inflight entertainment on some flights, not all- it really depends where you’re going.
After landing on a delayed flight, I was told that I would have to reschedule my layover flight because I wouldn't be making it to the terminal in time. I ended up making it to the terminal, and boarding, only to have been treated like a dog by the flight attendant staff. Completely unprofessional, and staff doesn't give a hoot about passengers.
