I haven't had problems with them, mostly with the airports I've been to. Although they could give free headphones as the used to do so, so you can watch and listen to the movies they play

As with any airline company, it's hit or miss! It definitely depends on the cabin crew. I do really love the little snacks they give, but every flight I've ever been on has been overbooked and cramped and I almost ALWAYS have to check on my carry on, which is really annoying!

Nothing bad to say about my experience with American Airlines. It wasn't the best service or flight I've ever had but, most definitely not the worst either. It was a full flight, flight attendants were busy (as expected) yet, they done the best they could.

Not the best not the worst but it gets me where I need to go so I guess I can't complain much but I will definitely improve in the cleanliness of the bathrooms but the staff is really nice

I love American Airlines. They have great customer service, overall decent flight prices. I use them maybe 2-3 times a year. They are awesome! So many fun destinations to fly to with them.

Nope. Thats really all I can say. And don't get me started on how awful US Airways has become since the merger. I'll never fly with any of this companies airlines again!! They kicked my 2 y/o out of the bathroom for "taking too long" on the potty & then wwhen he was crying from not going the gave the guy next to me a free alcoholic drink for & I quote "having to deal with my kid". I ended up sitting in piss the last 45 minutes of my flight because he was NOT ALLOWED any more bathroom breaks. This company is not family friendly & they did nothing but make excuses for idiot flight attendants who should have been fired. I fly 6 times a year & NEVER has this happened. My child has flown more than most adults & they need to be accommodating to potty training children on a flight with FIVE BATHROOMS.

This is a decent company. Service was good and my flight was smooth the last time I flew with this airline. I have definitely flown on better planes for sure! That's why I'm giving this 3*

I hate this airline but the fact was that this was the cheapest when flying to Orlando . I booked two tickets coming and going a round trip. It was an awesome trip until we came to the airport , and boarded the flight. I got on as usual but heres the thing , someone had the same seat as me! And I had bought these tickets months in advance. But instead of being curtious and kind I was treated rudely. Like I was the bad passenger, When me and the lady evolved were both kind and patient about it. I was in tears at the thought of spending the night at the airport , being away from everything we knew. And when it came down to it , I had to get off the plane . But when the error was corrected I wasn't given a sorry for the treatment or anything. Trust me , next time I rather fly with someone else.

I would have to say American Airlines is okay. Not the best but it does get you to where you need to go. The flight attendants are not super friendly as I usually see in other airlines.

February of this year my husband and I took a mini vacay to Vegas. Well the flights to Vegas were great we arrived to our destination right on time and maybe a little earlier too. On our flight back home however were miserable! We get there two hours early than 30 minutes before our boarding time they switch our station #, than they announced our plane was going to be 30 minutes late which ended up being an hour and a half. when we get to our layover we only have 10 minutes to get to the next plane. As we are walking to our station they gave us our last call to board the plane before they leave us!
