They limes to get in the airplane is soo go very fast and the people that work there are so nice they have a very good customer sure and my favorite part is how the fight pilots are very good and make us as costumers feel very safe in the sky , i am very satisfied with the work that they do.

I honestly haven't had the best experiences with this airline. Especially when it comes to dealing with their customer service. Their employees are so rude and unhelpful. Ive litterally had more than one of them hang up on me mud conversation smh. I try to avoid booking with them if possible.

Generally friendly staff is available for most of your needs. The last time I traveled out of LAX on a red eye flight blankets were provided as well as snacks and multiple drinks spaced out throughout the trip. Overall a positive experience other then the limited room in standard coach class.

We fly American for nearly every trip that we go on. My family uses  an American Airline credit card which gives us miles for each dollar that we spend. Then we can use the miles for a free flight when we have enough or upgrade our seat. I have always found the staff extremely friendly as well.

I have never had issues with American airlines. Love flying with them. Most airline tickets are expensive know matter what airline you use. If you do end up getting a delay/cancellation with AA the representatives are really helpful and try to get you on the best flight to your destination.

I flew American from SMF-JFK with a layover in Charlotte - definitely the best part of the trip were the extremely kind and attentive flight attendants! The plane itself seemed a little old and tired, but it was fairly clean (apart from some smudgy hand prints on the wall near my seat).

AA charges you for all your checked bags in the busy season. If you have a problem, you have to buy another ticket you can't changed the date and they have bad customer service. 2 stars because before southwest went international I used AA to fly to Jamaica because it was cheaper than others

I can always rely on American Airlines. I try to fly with them everytime I travel internationally. I travel with to Service animals, and they are always great about this which is the best part for me. I am overall satisfied. Maybe an increase in size for the seats but that’s pretty much it.

I have no specific complaints about American Airline. To me, it has been like flying on any other airline - airline flying isn't the best experience, and delays can happen on any airline as well. So there is nothing that particularly sticks out to me about American; I would say I am neutral.

Every time I fly with them my flight is delayed or cancelled. I have had multiple bad experiences with them and the vouchers that they offered were not enough for all that I went through. Once I was delayed 5 hours and I had 4 kids all under 6 years old! I literally broke down in the airport

I can't stand AA. Last year, I had a 4 day trip to the Caribbean that was flying with AA and my flight was canceled the first day and postponed because of "air traffic." I went to one of reps at the airport, explained my situation, and she gave me a web address where I could request a refund for that day I lost and the website turned out to be fake and not even a valid address. So basically I lost a day of vacation and about $100. Thanks for nothing a-holes, not flying with you anytime soon.
