I have been taking this vitamin e supplement as needed throughout my menstrual cycle. I get bad breast pain and was advised by my specialist that vitamin e helps. I have to admit it does help- I haven’t had any pain this cycle! Vitamin e is also great for skin, hair nails :) the pills are small and easy to swallow and the 3 month supply will last me!
