I didn't have many expectations for this palette but i didn't have much of a choice considering the ND Gold palette had been discontinued. This little palette really surprised me. The quality is there, the blendability, the pigment, the shimmers are beautiful, and it lasted almost all day on my eyes! Of course ND eyeshadow palettes are slightly better in each of these aspects but not enough to pay $100 extra dollars! I'd say if you're thinking about a more expensive palette purchase, see if Alter Ego carries the dupe first! I also snagged the ND Metropolis dupe and it is also surprisingly great quality! Can't wait to try more from this brand!
