I stayed at the aloft in Chicago just after it opened and it was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in my entire life. The staff was very friendly and kept the hotel clean and cozy. The decor and atmosphere is unique and trendy, plus the restaurant in the hotel had the best breakfast I have ever eaten. Their prices are reasonable and the location was perfect; the rooms we were in had amazing views of the city, which was a extremely nice because I have stayed at other hotels were my view would be a brick wall from the building next door. Highly recommend staying at any alofts
Sleek and clean rooms. The space and modern decor is refreshing. WXYZ bar is always a chill spot
Suuuuper affordable prices, they've got lots of sales and promotion. Rooms are super clean and workers are nice to people
A bit too trendy for me. I prefer a classic hotel. I'm not in to pool table lounges and other common areas. The quality of the ammenities and comfort of the room are more important than fancy art on the walls.
uno de los mejores hoteles en donde te puedes hospedar, la atención es increíble, el trato es muy bueno y las habitaciones y areas comunes son muy lindas
Aloft hotel in Abu Dhabi is an excellent base to stay. Service was perfect. The rooftop pool is so big and so nice. Atmosphere at the pool was so cool. Amazing restaurants at the hotel and also they have a party called liquid rain party with amazing DJ's.
Beautiful hotels, modern suites. Stayed for a few nights in their Montreal location. The location of this particular hotel is more convenient if you're in town perhaps for an overlay, because its right next to the airport but quite far from downtown Montreal
I stayed at the Aloft Hotel in Chicago and it was amazing! Loved the par and pool area. The elevator had a moving floor--if that's what you would call it! And, the room was beautiful
I have stayed in a number of Aloft locations & I find them to be hit or miss. The staff is usually very friendly and the hotels themselves are clean, stylish & business friendly, however I have had many mishaps with room reservations & found their customer service to be difficult.
Had a really bad experience in terms of customer service at the Aloft National Harbor (which closed down, I wonder why...). The outside is nice and the rooms are modern, the lobby has a snack area and you get free vouchers for breakfast which is nice. However, they did not specify that they would charge us for early check in. I arrived at 2 in the morning (horrible train times from MTL) and asked if I can check in early , which they said yes to without batting an eye or informing me that they would charge me an extra day, which I found out about at the end of my stay. When i confronted the manager he said he would only take off 15% of the day.. so when I got back home I called their customer service and they refunded me, which was great. I just wished that the manager would have been more helpful . Anyways rant over! The actual hotel was trendy and modern, albeit a bit pricey in terms of snack (a small Ben and Jerry's ice cream container for 15 dollars..really?)
