Almay Intense I-Color Liquid Eyeliner
- "This eyeliner is the best one I've tried so far. I've been using blackest black on a daily basis for years and I still love it! The brush is the perfect size and shape and it goes on perfect and in one coat! It doesn't fray or get those stray strands like I've had with other brands.I can do a thick line or thin line and it stays all day!" in 162 reviews
- "I wear a full cat eye every day and have tried every liquid liner under the sun. The Almay Liquid Line is the best I've ever used and have tossed all of my other more expensive liquid liners. Most liquid liners have a very long brush, which I find makes it difficult to control. With this one, you can grip the wand very close to the sponge tip for full control over your lines. It glides on smoothly and opaque so you don't need to go over your line multiple times. The sponge applicator tip makes creating lines super easy, anywhere from a delicate wingtip to a full blown Cleopatra cat eye. I will never use another liquid liner." in 132 reviews
- "I LOVE this liquid eyeliner because it is SO easy to use, it doesn't smudge and it removes easily when you need to take it off!" in 53 reviews
- "I have very sensitive skin which is why I stick with Almay. I have this eyeliner in #221 or black. After application it gives off a matte look instead of being shiny- which I love! If you are just starting to experience with liquid eyeliner I would suggest this brand. It is not waterproof so it's easy to remove should their be a mistake, but at the same time, it dries fast. The best cheap eyeliner I've found, but there's a lot of hype with Revlon Stay All Day, so check that out too.. I've tried quite a few cheap liquid eyeliners (Physician's formula, many elfs, milani, nyx colored felt tip, etc.) and have even compared it to Stila's eyeliner ($22). This is felt tip and applies black but fades into grey after a while. I do NOT use setting spray, so that can tamper with the results. This stuff is $6-9 and awesome. The eyeliner in these pictures is very old but hasn't dried out yet, I'm almost to the end of the supply. The best way to use this liner is to use a thinner liner as an outline and then put Alamay over that. I like that you can choose how much product you want on the tip, and that in-tube it lasts a long time without drying out. I don't like having to reapply, but I'm okay with reapplying because it doesn't dry out the liner like Stila or KVD. It's good if you want a liner that lasts a few hours but if you're looking for an all day no reapplying liner, this probably isn't the holy grail for you. I personally think it's great but everyone has different uses.

Almay Intense I-Color Liquid Eyeliner is great for those with sensitive eyes, being that it's hypoallergenic. The price is ok. Application is a bit tricky, be sure to have cotton swabs nearby to clean up the mistakes. While it claims to be "water-resistant" the eyeliner actually comes off quickly with just water. It smudges easily too. Which is a blessing and yet a curse because while it's easy to wash off at the end of the day, the slightest touch and you messed up your whole look. It leaves a nice matte finish, but powdery. It clumps on your eyelid if you try going over it a second time. This causes it to be flaky, which smudges under eye when trying to wipe away, and also causes it to get into your eye always when washing off. Packaging is horrible, top broke and applicator popped off the top. As you can see in the photo the top cracked easily. I would recommend to those with allergy problems that have sensitivity to certain make up. However, I am looking for a better alternative. Hence, a 3/5.
This eyeliner is the only drugstore liner I will ever repurchase! It is so pigmented and easy to apply. I love the shape of the applicator, making it easy to make a sharp point but also easy to fill in the rest of the wing without taking forever. It dries quickly and I have never had a problem with smudging. This is my go-to liner and I recommend it to anyone just learning to do winged liner or for an affordable but amazing option! I personally use the brown shade and have much better luck with it than the black, as i think it becomes more opaque and looks better on the skin.
A good, cheap option if you don't frequently use liquid eyeliner. I've only used this when I went out and it worked great and lasted me throughout the night. Can't really speak for durability during a full day. Application is smooth—I actually really like the firm tip of it. It is really important to toss this after a few months (as with almost any makeup product), but especially since this is a drugstore brand with qualities that may be more inferior that high-end makeup.

For a while this is the eyeliner I was using because I was trying to find any eyeliner similar to the discontinued one at Victoria’s Secret. The eyeliner is ok.. the tip is my favorite one to use my only problem was how long it took to dry. With other eyeliners I feel I applied and moved on whereas with this on I had to give it time to dry

tis is by far the best eyeliner I have ever used its super easy to apply considering winged eyeliner hard enough the product is very matte like very single time I do my make up I use this liner literally the only I would change about tis product is that the tube should be bigger to fit more product in there so I could use it forever!!!!!!!
For a long time this was the only eyeliner I would purchase because I could not find a good matte black, felt tip liner. This was my holy grail for years. It applies easily, and does not streak. It's such a super deep matte black it's perfect for creating a winged liner. My only complaint is that the waterproof version is terrible in comparison and this can smudge like crazy. If they could remaking this black eyeliner into a waterproof and smudge proof formula I think this would become my go to again. I would still recommend but I would set the eye area around the eyeliner to prevent transfer.
I think this is by FAR the best liquid liner out there. I've been wearing liquid liner for yearsss and this one , for my eyes, has the best applicator there is. It is just like drawing a line with a pencil. I love the tiny touch of glitter in it, which I think makes it very forgiving for newbies to try. Sometimes it is hard to find in my syore, but besides that, it's the ONLY liner I use. Almay Intense I-Color Liquid Eyeliner

I got the black version of this liquid liner and I like it a lot! Very pigmented matte black that stays on all day. It did not sting my eye lids and I have sensitive skin- I guess it depends on your skin though. I like how the wand isn’t very long. It’s easier for me to control the line if the wand is shorter. My one wish is that the felt tip were softer or a brush tip. I prefer brush tips because I think they’re gentler and softer.
The Almay liquid eyeliner is a good sent. It isn't irritating, it doesn't wear off within a few hours, it's bold and dries down nice and it doesn't crack or slide around. Definitely one of the most impressive drug store liquid eyeliners I have ever used.
