As the title says. Ive tried to give this a go 3 times now and it really doesnt work. Its expensive for what it is, especially when it doesnt work. honestly, just count your calories and exercise! So much cheaper!

So I’ve been taking this now for three days. I got it from Walmart. The packaging was busted in the little pill case thing wasn’t there but that’s Walmart’s fault not really the brand. I haven’t seen any results yet but it’s my third day. I’m just getting side effects that aren’t very fun.💩 I’m willing to fight through that. Hopefully I’ll see results and I’ll update in about a month

I’ve just started using this product. I use 1-2 capsules a day with meals. Definitely gets the bowels moving but have not noticed any weight loss yet.
