This review is for Allan + Roth, 12 x 12 dark brown metal gazebo. Bought this during Covid when there was a steel shortage; originally wanted the 10 x 10 , which was out of stock, however I am not disappointed we found the 10 x 12 only. Fits perfectly in our small backyard, provides a nice shady retreat for those hot summer days. Our patio furniture fits wonderfully under it and we've gotten plenty of compliments. We try to clear as much snow off in the winter , as they said overtime it may warp the ceiling. Was a little bit challenging to put together --took 3 men a good chunk of a day, but the instructions (from what I understood) were very straightforward. Sometimes bugs and insects do fly in regardless of the mesh. Speaking of which, we had to already replace the provided mesh screening after the end of 2nd year because the sun wore it down and it disintegrated. Overall very aesthetic with my Allen + Roth gazebo.

We really like this bathroom vanity it has more storage than any of the others we looked at in the space we needed it to fit in. We even got the matching mirror. We’ve had for about 5 years now it is holding up well. It is pretty easy to wipe down and keep it clean. Be careful with heavy objects near the sink basin our child managed to drop something and it cracked it a little last year but it still works great eventually I could get it replaced but it is just the coating and the basin is fine. It was hard to find a faucet and handles that fit it well. We may need up getting different ones this year. Overall we have been so pleased with the space in it. The lower two drawers on the right and left are double size and hold plenty of items I put my hot tools in the drawer on the bottom in the middle. I do need to get my vacuum with a hose out once in a while to clean underneath it. I definitely recommend this vanity.

We love how chic Allen + Roth products look in our home. We love the look of our sink and the quality of the pressure of the water. It fits perfect in our bathroom!! The black does wear away in certain spots after time which is why I give it 4 stars. 🚰 If you are looking to upgrade your bathroom in a chic way, I’d recommend Allen + Roth, it is affordable and looks great!
