they are decent looking shoes, stiff at first but once I broke them in they were really comfortable and worth wearing. They also garnered many compliments!

To start with, the sneakers are very high quality and good looking. The leather is very high quality and soft. These are not stiff or weird to walk in. The quality is what you expect from Allen Edmonds. The only thing to look out for is the sizing of the sneakers. I have two other pairs of Allen Edmonds where size 12s fit perfectly. On these sneakers, the 12s are a bit shorter than the others. They are also very narrow so if you have a wide foot, keep that in mind. Overall I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them but try them on first for the proper sizing.

These shoes are made well, look great, and, once they're broken in, do a nice job of providing both comfort and support. Word of note to one debating on these: they're not cheap. Also, you might want to order a half size bigger or a bit wider, as this style seems to run a bit thin (length is perfectly fine). I normally wear a wide shoe, and specified this when asked, but they're still a touch narrow, making the "breaking in" process a bit of a task. Love them overall, just make sure you consider size and width.
