Allagash Tripel Ale
4.48 / 5 based on 25 Reviews
This strong golden ale carries herbal notes and passion fruit in the aroma. Suggestions of honey and biscuit are found in the beer’s complex, varied palate. Brewed with our 2-row barley blend, hopped with Nugget and Hallertau, then fermented on our house yeast, Tripel lingers on the palate for a complex, dry finish.

Allagash Tripel Ale
One of my favorite beers! A super smooth yet very strong beer. It is at a 9% abv and it is a hoppy beer. I usually am one not to go for Hoppy beers but this one is a good one! I recently purchased it at a nearby supermarket in Riverdale, The Bronx. Worth the extra dollars it costs
This doesn't taste too much different than the original Allagash, just a little thicker. I'm always impressed with beers that have a high ABV but still manage to taste good & smooth.
Allagash is my absolute favorite brand of beer. I love the triple ale because it tastes so good and you can't go wrong with the high alcohol content for that price. I am a repeat consumer and always recommend Allagash to others, especially this one!
Another one they knocked out of the ball park. A little heavier than the White but it is absolutely spectacular. Usually fight over the last one with my boyfriend
I tried this beer on draft when I was in Maine this summer. It was fresh and flavorful with the slight sweetness you'd expect from a tripel. As someone who loves Belgian style beer, this was a pleasant surprise to find in the northeast. I hope their distribution expands and I see it more often in Florida!
My all time favorite beer. Its very strong however the flavor is not too potent unlike comparable beers with this alcohol percentage. Tastes like a quality craft beer, and goes well with just about anything! Definitely recommend if you’ve never tried it before
Love finding this on tap! A little pricier for bottles but most Belgian tripels are kind of like that. Really light but still boozy.
For a heavy wheat beer this is great. From the bottle its a four but on tap its a five. Pairs well with tradititonal belgian food.
Strong beer with great taste. You don't know how strong it really is until you look at the abv because it goes down so smoothly!!
ive said it before and ill say it again i love allagash and i dont have any complaints!!! i dont drink liquer or wine only beer
