While this sand is colorful and looks great in the terrarium, my poor beardy had it stained all over him. Big guy is well over 16 inches, once I heard about how bad this sand is for him, I immediately removed it from his terrarium. It could give your reptile an impaction and actually kill them. Please don't use this for your reptiles no matter how good it looks. Its so dangerous.

Sand is not a proper substrate for 99% of reptiles. And if your animal is part of the 1% that can be on sand use play sand as it's safer and cheaper. This product can cause impaction which can lead to an expensive vet bill if not death to the animal. Please don't buy this product.

Sand is not good for many reptiles and it doesn't even really matter if its "calcium" sand or not

This is extremely bad for your reptiles. The sand will dye their feet and get stuck in their digestive tract.
