The all in one nutritional shakes by organic is easy and great tasting after workout drink. I always keep this in my gym bag if I am not able to drink afterword highly recommend. And is pretty straight forward ingredients and affordable price.

It’s okay, I prefer the protein powder over the drink itself. It’s kinda grainy but still has a good vanilla flavor.
