I was so happy that I found Alka Seltzer Sinus cold and cough medicine! They work fast at relieving sinus headaches and pressure and helps to relieve coughs. It dosnt matter if they are the gel caps or the fizzy, they work best. When I can’t find the gel I buy the other and always try to keep extras on hand because they truly work.
