Works quickly, easy to take with warm or cold water, i bought at DG but have also gotten at Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and Kroger. Contains acetaminophen, helps with fever and body aches, cough, nasal congestion, runny nose and sore throat. I think it also helped break up some of my head congestion farther away from nasal cavity, it breaks up the gunk every time! Great value for the price. I make sure i keep these on hand all the time.

I keep these in my house because whenever I come down with a nasty cold, Alka-seltzer is the only thing that helps me feel human again. Citrus is my favorite flavor.
