I could tell after about 2 weeks that they are effective and help increase my energy. I was waking up with more energy and more focus throughout the day. The packing is what I expected from the Alive brand as well as good ingredients. There wasn’t much of a taste and I think it is good value for the money.

These vitamins are not bad! They didn’t seem to help my husband any, but didn’t hurt him either and he said there wasn’t a bad flavor to them, so that’s always a plus.
