The Aleve X pain Relieving Lotin is one of my staples when it comes to pain relief. It is maximum strength. It has menthol and camphor as the main ingredients to help in reducing pain. I love the steel roller balls that help to massage out the pain. I use it on my knees, back, and shoulders, where I am able to get a deep penatraiting massage without getting on my hands. The smell is strong, but it eventually goes away.

I was in tears & couldn't stand with back pain. Within about 30 minutes of applying this the pain was almost gone & I could stand straight up again.

I use this for any neck and back pain that I may have every once in awhile. I also sometimes use it on my legs. It really works and does get rid of pain. Has a cooling effect and it doesn't have a strong smell. Will buy again!

Aleve Pain Relieving Lotion burned my skin, eyes, and it has an awful smell. I would not recommend unless you have tough skin, and are not sensitive to smells.

I have MS. I jog and do Pilates. I hurt. Daily life makes me hurt. This really helps. Maybe it’s in my head but I roll this on my knees and elbows and I’m good for a bit.

Packaging is well made and super easy to apply. Sooo cool to the touch and great for aches and sore muscles. Smell isn’t too strong. A little goes a long way and doesn’t leave a residue or stickiness.

As a person with arthritis and other joint problems, I had been looking for something, anything, that could help with the pain. This stuff works. Does it prevent all the pain? No. Does it make things more bearable and relieve the tension? Yes. I love this stuff. It does smell, but I can deal with that. I use it mostly on my neck and shoulders, occasionally in the middle of my back as well. This one tube seems to last for awhile, but once it's done I will 100% buy another one.
