Although it doesn’t irritate and the makeup comes off quickly without rubbing, it is impossible to use this with cotton pad. You have to use your hands, then you look like a panda, then you still have to somehow wash off the mess or use a wet cotton pad…that’s just messy and inconvenient. Personally I will stick to my regular eye makeup removers or micellar waters.
