I purchased this and use it every morning to help with my workout energy! I love the flavour and it blends so well with water. It gives me the energy I need without the jitters

I know everyone says this is just a girly pre workout but it actually works well. I like the fact that it doesn’t make me itch and my heart doesn’t feel like it’s going to explode. It just give me that extra kick of energy when I’m in my most exhausting days.
