I have been using this product for years. It’s a great metabolism booster and hunger suppressant. It also gives me a nice little boost of energy. I take it in the mornings and I always find I have a productive day and a good workout after. Really helpful when fasting too.

I used these fat burner pills for a couple of months and never really noticed a difference. They are pretty pricey so for me it’s not worth it. I like the other Alani nu brand energy drinks and pre-workout products but am not a huge fan of their supplements. These pills didn’t make me feel or look any different. I would recommend trying another brand if this is the type of pill you’re looking for.
