Utilicé esta especia para hacer un rico aji de gallina peruano, es muy facil de preparar y se acompaña con arroz, quedó muy rico cuando lo preparo con este producto, lo recomiendo!

I love the taste of Amarillo hot peppers although they are very difficult to find, especially the sauces. I was able to find this in a Mexican store nearby though and was so happy! This is a nice and spicy sauce, however the only downside was that it was so salty! It definitely doesn’t need the salt added as it takes away from the hot sauce itself. A great product overall though!
