These have the perfect amount of vitamins and nutrients in them to help fight sickness or prevent sickness. It has really helped me this winter. They don’t taste bad and are easily chewable.

I take these daily in the hope that I don’t get sick. Having 2 kids who constantly bring germs home is never fun. The taste is fine however does get chalky.
