I have flown with Air Canada many times. I find they pretty reliable and pretty good customer service. I loved that on my flight from London to Vancouver I got ice cream. That made my day.
While everything else was great, the airline did lose my luggage before the final destination. Check-in process was quick and easy. The service I received was average, not overly friendly.
This is my favorite aeroline, good, comfortable, helpful, friendly, attentive, fast. No complaints, every experience with them has been very good. I recommend them, very good airline
I rarely fly Air Canada due to the costs. I don't find many great deals versus other airlines. The flight attendants I've dealt with aren't as friendly as some of the other airlines.
Love Air Canada. They are my go to for flying. Friendly stewards, great pilots equal a great trip. Although I would prefer not to pay 10 bucks for an iPad it helped my trip go by faster!
One of the most expensive air services with very little to offer in ways of comfort or entertainment. It needs serious improvement, otherwise we often will avoid this line entirely.
I have always been satisfied with Air Canada and the services they provide. My family has been flying with Air Canada my whole life and they have generally been quite reliable for us. I have also flown Air Canada Rouge, which was also a good airline.
Flights are always OK but just OK. Food is kind of gross but oh well, it's an airplane. For the prices they charge, you'd think it would be a little better. Too expensive in my opinion
Haven't had any problems with this airline. Fairly clean and comfortable, decent leg room on the planes. 4 stars because you seem to hear bad things on the news every once in a while
If the price is right I won't say no to flying Air Canada, but they would not be my first choice. There are often delays, unfriendly staff, and an unwillingness to make things right.
