  • "However, for my last flight with them (Summer 2012), their customer service lacked after my flight had to make an emergency landing and we remained on the tarmac for almost 4 hours." in 6 reviews
  • "I know whole heartedly that their flight attendants are trained extremely well when it comes to safety procedures and are tested annually on emergency situations." in 6 reviews
  • "The planes seem to be cleaner, have more leg room (not much but a bit more), the flight attendants are nicer, and more of the planes have televisions with complementary viewing." in 5 reviews

Air Canada is one of two large airlines in Canada and thus has a monopoly on domestic travel. Typically, their flights are cheaper than WestJet and there are more options. Always buy travel insurance if booking during the winter months, it can save you huge hassles if your flights are cancelled or dramatically delayed.

Having flown air canada many many times, I can say the service is hit and miss. Some times they are very helpful and ensure you are having a wonderful experience. However often they treat you horribly. It is not a "reliable" airline

Air Canada is the best airline I've ever taken! The service is so great, and the food and the best part is the screens on the back of the seats, they make the journey that much better! If anyone asked I would for sure recommend

Not that happy or satisfied with AirCanada, service isn’t great, my flights are often delayed or cancelled and the personnel aren’t that friendly or helpful. Prices are too expensive especially to travel within our own country.

Our flight to Alberta was great, all of the staff on the flight were fantastic. The seats were comfortable and the snacks were good. Movie selection for the flight was great. I would recommend Air Canada to friends and family.

I am from Canada so I've only used Air Canada, my honestly review on air Canada is that they are amazing! They take great care of you and are always there when you need something! The food on the plane isn't the greatest but everything else is amazing

I love air Canada because of its slightly comfier travel. Definitely a big difference with regular and rouge flights. Overall have had great experiences. I wish the connection to iPads and devices to watch movies was better.

Eh. Air Canada is okay. I'll fly it if I have to, but they don't have great customer service, and their flights aren't that enjoyable. The good thing about them is that they fly almost everywhere, so they are quite reliable.

How much longer do we have to pretend that this is Canada's airline when they do nothing to make us feel welcome or even needed to keep their business going?
