I think Air Canada in general is a great airline as it can get you to very many locations across Canada and the world. The customer Service experience is generally good and my favourite thing about Air Canada is that you get just a little bit more legroom

It was my first time flying without anyone and air Canada staff really helped me feel calm and travel across the country easily. They fed us a snack to tide us over until landing and overall made me feel at ease in a panicky situation for myself.

I had a good experience with air Canada so far the only thing bothers me is the amount of money they make you pay for luggage it's ridiculous, many of my friends the this air line, they say there is always something they try to make you pay for as extra

I flew my very first plane with Air Canada, and while I did not love the experience, it wasn't all that bad either. The tickets are not too expensive and the seats can be comfortable. The customer service was really great and the staff is very friendly.

How would I rate an airline company? They are not the cheapest. We use them when we are going overseas and use air miles. My favourite part is the number of movies you can watch on the plane. Customer service is always good and I recommend it to people

Flew Air Canada recently and had no issues. They gave us free earphones on the flight, which were great since mine didn't work properly with the plug. I was comfortable and felt safe in their hands. Would recommend and would fly again with them for sure.

I am not the biggest fan of Air Canada and usually fly their competitor as I find Air Canada customer service lacking and pricing too high.  I find that their domestic flights have older planes.  Their website is easy to use.  I try not to fly Air Canada.

Air Canada was ok to fly with, it isn't my favourite airline to fly with but it's not the worst. I usually use air Canada once every year or two. There really is no pros and cons. Overall I was satisfied and never had an issue flying with this airline.

Air Canada is one of the bets airlines I've used. The staff on board are very caring and sweet. The flight is comfortable. I have used this airline several times. The customer service is also very accommodating to ones needs. I will definitely recommend.

Flight to Barcelona was great. Awesome customer service and a good selection of shows and movies to watch via app. Food was subpar but for airline food no complaints. Will definitely fly air canada in the future over seas and within Canada. Bravo!

How much longer do we have to pretend that this is Canada's airline when they do nothing to make us feel welcome or even needed to keep their business going?
