I have never had a good experience with Air Canada. I have travelled with them several times and every time something on their end has messed up my plans and/or trip. I can write for days about all of their mess ups and anger they have put me through over the past 7 years i have flown with them. I gave them one star because i am still alive.
I much prefer WestJet to Air Canada. Not the best service. We got stuck on the airplane for 4 hours because of frost delay on the wings good thing they still had the tvs on so we weren't bored but a very uncomfortable experience nonetheless.
They do have a lot of connecting flights and a lot of places where I would like to go however somehow they have really bad customer service when trying to find your luggage, calling the 1-800 number for help is approximately an hour wait
Interiors of planes are kept neat and functional, they often upgrade their planes with modern technology. I like that most flights have movies etc to watch. No problem with service. It's my preferred airline to fly anywhere in the world.
They are okay have used them a few time when traveling to the US a few years ago haven't recently I've heard they improved on the service and plan comfort as far as I can remember when I did travel with they they had good service before
I consider they are expensive, considering usa has better deals and also I really dont like how their planes are not yet upgraded like the usa and even mexican airlines, for the prices they should at least offer food and not charge for it
They're only okay. Not great in terms of baggage handling/locating lost luggage, but also definitely not the worst! Customer Service is pretty good, but the fast check in is their best quality. Would recommend before most airlines
Although the flights are quick and mostly reliable, I find that Air Canada is very pricey and they don't include a lot of free perks like other airlines do. Air Canada tends to nickle and dime you for everything, unlike other airlines.
I don't mind Air Canada. A lot of their flight attendants seem to be quite sour though. They don't seem happy at all and take it out on passengers. They have a lot of flights to choose from though and that makes him extremely convenient.
My flight had a comfortable ride and the stewardess was super helpful. Not huge seats or leg room but since I'm a shorter girl this wasn't a problem. Air Canada doesn't seem to have the best prices but overall I was satisfied with my trip.
