It's an airline. You pay a fortune and they hopefully take you where you want to go. I find the teams on the airlines generally very nice and willing to help. As much as Air Canada gets a lot of hate, their staff are generally kind.
I consider they are expensive, considering usa has better deals and also I really dont like how their planes are not yet upgraded like the usa and even mexican airlines, for the prices they should at least offer food and not charge for it
Usually fast and easy service. Lots of staff available to help. Planes are clean and to food and drinks are reasonable both tastewise and price wise. Having your own tv is awesome too esp for long flights. Long term customer right here!
For someone who’s travelled quite a bit, air Canada has some crappy planes. The prices are insanely high for what they’re giving and their seats are not the comfortable. If they didn’t make short flights so expensive it may be worth it.
The Boeing jets are amazing. Plugs for all your needs, screen with games and language programs, extra leg room. I give it a 5...the Airbus flights are less ideal. I had a bar under my seat, it was smaller and no games or extra features.
They do have a lot of connecting flights and a lot of places where I would like to go however somehow they have really bad customer service when trying to find your luggage, calling the 1-800 number for help is approximately an hour wait
This is the last company i use and i had a good experience but the only thing that i didn't like is it miss some snacks. And when you are hungry the lunch are expensive. For the rest i like my flight and had a nice trip i was satisfied
Good food and service but everytime I've flown with them I FREEZE. The plane gets so cold and even though I know they can't really do anything about it, it still bothers me. Overall a good airline though, never had any issues with them
Air Canada sometimes has a bad rep, but I've never had an issue!! Their international routes are comfortable, the food is good, entertainment is great and staff are always friendly! Flying in November to Australia - can't wait!!! ✈✈🇦🇺🐨️️
