Air Canada is a hit and a miss. I usually book first class and a couple times they have bumped me down to economy with warning due to over bookings. I had a flight attendant once fat shame me as well upon asking for a seat belt extender, which is not cool at all.
They’re always super friendly and happy and super great with customers. I love how they’re so friendly and welcoming on board. It’s great to be greated by people who actually love their job. And it’s super satisfying to know that they want you to have a good trip
I was sorta disappointed when I had to pay extra to bring a bag. So silly like who travels and doesn't bring a bag? It's ridiculous how much they charge for anything and everything. I've seen videos where they throw the luggage around when deloading it which concerns me
wonderful staff and good service. flights are on time and you can see and feel that you are welcome on board. free snacks and drinks - but don't nap otherwise, you won't get any! seats are kinda tight, but, which airline isn't? it's good to fly with air canada.
I haven't always had the best experiences with Air Canada. I usually find flights that are less expensive and have better stoner service at both the kiosks and onboard. I do like that they have the USB plug ins on board which makes working much easier in flight.
I fly with this airline sometimes and it’s good. They have good service, staff are nice and helpful only use it when I do stop over flights to Jamaica. They have decent food and drinks along with a tv so you can watch movies, listen to music, read books and other stuff
Flight attendants are awful compared to the ones on on any European Airline. They roll their eyes, and are for the most part pretty rude. The airline overall is ok, there is a decent selection of drinks, snacks and meals and the seats are somewhat comfortable.
The trip was great. The seat was really comfortable and the crew was really nice. One con is that my friend's TV screen was broken so we had to share one. The flight was long but well organized, of course. The toilets were clean and the plane was not too cold to stay in.
I try my best not to fly this airline. It's not really something to write home about. It has many delays, rude customer service and small, dirty airplanes. I don't recommend flying this airline unless you have too. It does have a good range of places it flies
I work with flight attendants whom work for the Air Canada Jazz airline. It is a reputable airline, that really prioritizes their customer service and satisfaction. I have flown with Air Canada mainline many times and have never been left disappointment.
