This is my first time to use air Canada. Their service not bad, people are nice and friendly, they are very helpful when you need them.
Was on air Canada rouge which I did not realize before hand. Was an app you can watch movies on however it didn't work on the way there
A lot of the time, they are more expensive and less friendly than other airlines. If I can avoid flying with Air Canada, I usually do.
the staff is amazing. the pilots are well trained and the service is excellent. they always make my flights as comfortable as possible
Great, friendly service! The workers are very helpful and accommodating! They are my choice airline and will be flying with them Again!
Great experience, I was flying alone and the staff were very welcoming. It made my flight amazing to know that the staff truly cared.
They have a tendency to overbook which is annoying. The planes are also older and have a lot of mechanical issues from my experience.
The service is great. Delays are almost always for certain and sometimes in between flights is hard. I use it once a month for sure.
Not that good of a airline .very tight spaces and dose not provide a broad variety of snack selections if y can't be bothered to pay
Pretty efficient and pleasant. I've not had a lot of negative experience with this airline. It's good, not outstanding, not terrible
