- "The planes seem to be cleaner, have more leg room (not much but a bit more), the flight attendants are nicer, and more of the planes have televisions with complementary viewing." in 5 reviews
Great airline. too pricey. Great customer service from check in to boarding. Sometimes you get the odd cranky employee but overall its a great company
Competitively priced, friendly staff. Wish they had better customer service and free checked bags still. Good flight selection to many destinations.
The last time I flew Air Canada, I was lucky enough to be in first class. The lounge and service was top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone
I recomended this flycompagny ....they have heigh service and ....i recomended for all .....wish have all times direct flies to north africa
Customer service is average and attitudes of flight attendants are inconsistent. Delays are not infrequent, but often not longer than an hour.
Used this airlines about a year ago and the planes was so small but the travel was ok and I like it because just worth it for the price of the travel
Decent service, lost my luggage. Could improve more. Would rather go with west jet however. The planes are clean however so can’t complain too much.
I feel like they always loose people bags, It never happened to me personally but friends and my husbands bags ALWAYS go MIA for a few hours / days
Real hit and miss with Air Canada, Some days its like you get the best employees and flights in the world and other times its worse in the buisness
Air Canada's service as an airline is fine, but they are way too expensive. The only time I have flown with them is when using points.
