AC changed transit time and city multiple times during the 6 months I booked my trip. However, they failed to deactivate the old city/time resulting in 18 active when i tried to check in. United who operated the flights were not able to check me in coz they were totally confused.
I flew from the UK to Canada and back and Air Canada staff is just the worst. The airline should really train their staff better. One staff member told me that the system allegedly flagged my ticket as being too cheap. Hello, I paid over 1275 British pounds for a return flight,and I purchased my tickets early in advance. Google and see the tickets are normally cheaper. They gave me a crew seat, which was the very last seat on the plane. At the same time my husband whose ticket cost the same as mine got a seat he picked when we purchased the tickets. I felt like a convicted criminal. Discrimination much? In my opinion, yes.
Not a huge fan of air Canada. The aircrafts all seemed to be run down and old, usually something doesn’t work on each flight I’ve had. They have frequent delays abs cancellations and usually thr most expensive
