This sausage is always a staple in my fridge because of it’s fresh ingredients. Tastes authentic and goes great in lots of dishes. I like to chop it up and add it to a can of lentil soup to add some bulk for a quick nutritious meal.

Aidells is my go to brand for sausages when I’m making jambalaya or gumbo. They have the perfect texture to them with great ingredients and just the right amount of spice to add a little kick. I find them to always be a quality brand that I’m happy to serve my family and guests.

So I’m not particularly a book fan however, my partner bought this and it’s not bad and also doesn’t have ingredients that are too bad. It’s not very processed.
