Aerin lilac is a soft powdery floral that I adore. This eau de pargum has notes of lilac as well as lovely musk. I get 7 hours of wear out of this gorgeous fragrance. I would highly recommend to other women.

aerin lilac path (lilac, jasmine, angelica, orange blossom, honeysuckle, galbanum) spring/fall, daytime, feminine leaning, moderate longevity, moderate sillage • ⁠i think this one is super pretty! i wore it for valentine’s day dinner with my bf. it’s pretty sharp for the first 5 minutes, but mellows out. i think it’s the orange blossom with the honeysuckle. it dries down pretty wood-y, but still has the feminine touch i was looking for. i saw some reviews on sephora saying this smells like an old lady, but i don’t even think this is overly powdery! it still has a nice green-ness that keeps it fresh and not too aggressive.

This is one of my favorite scents in my entire collection. I stumbled upon the brand at a Macy’s and was entranced by the beautiful bottle design. They’re simple and classic yet have a luxurious feel with the stone topper. I was looking for a lilac fragrance so I decided to sniff this one. I was totally blown away instantly! Lilac Path is fresh and dewy, the lilac complemented and uplifted by a handful of other light and white florals, including honeysuckle (which I always love). It isn’t too powdery to my nose, and wears beautifully. As my collection grows, I’m more and more careful with what I decide to get a full bottle of, but this made it to the top of the list in a single spray. By the time I left Macy’s, I knew I’d be ordering it that night. This evokes such a light, ethereal feeling. It’s almost like what a fairy might wear. It’s elegant, lush, and delicate. It’s otherworldly and regal. I adore this and will now always have a bottle! A quick note must be added about the packaging. It is a luxurious experience to open, the box is textured and beautifully patterned with gold embossing. Nestled inside is a bottle packed in a cardstock insert which opens dramatically when you pull it out of the box. This was such a fun experience as well as a lovely scent.
