My sister use a plastic cage for her two parakeets. A great home for your birds. It keeps them safe in the cage from bigger birds, squirrels, and cats if you put your cage in the outdoors. But birds are clever and can open the cage door if shown, and they can fly away. Need an eye-keeping.

My mom had a wooden cage she built for her birds and sometimes the sun would hit them in certain spots during the day and she had to drag the cage but then I found this cage for her and it was way better cause it had wheels.

It worked for a while for me but after about 3 years the bars were so scratched up from me cleaning them that I was worried about my bird eating the chipping metal.
