This is definitely for someone who has tried yoga before and is in good athletic shape. This is my go to yoga dvd...as previous reviewers have stated there are five practices to choose from ranging from 37 minutes (short flow) to beyond an hour for each of the other respective selections. I can not say enough good things about this DVD...I wish there were more like it!! For what it is worth I also like Jillian Michaels yoga DVD's for shorter workouts.
