Love,love,love this product! I researched quite a while before buying any collagen products. This one is hands down the best I have tried. Not only does it have Type 1,2, and 3 collagen in this formula, but it also has hyaluronic acid and vitamin C in it! This combination helps your body absorb the collagen into your body, therefore retaining more in your system than most other products. Another benefit is obviously getting more vitamin C and hyaluronic acid! All in all, you get more for your money. I personally have seen the benefits after just 4 weeks. My hair is growing quicker. I dont feel as inflamed or sore as usual. So more energy, and my skin isn't as dry as it was, considering it's still pretty cold out. I give 5 out of 5 stars.
