As a beginner it is a bit hard to use, but I'm still getting the hang of it! My hair is very limp and the brush does a great job at lifting at the roots for incredible volume!

Using a round brush is essential for a good blow out. Using this boar's head brush is even better because the boar's head adds a softness and a shine that you don't get with a different brush. For beginners, it will take some practice, but it is worth it.
