I bought this after Caroline Hirons recommendation. It’s fluoride free, but since chemo makes me have episodes of nausea and vomiting (TMI, so sorry), my dentist said that he can see the enamel erosion and told me that fluoride is a must for me.

It's toothpaste! Can't really tell much difference. It's not horribly minty like most toothpastes. I don't know why toothpaste has to be minty.
