While the paper feels durable it is thinner than I would like for a print. The print is also very glossy where I think it would look better matte. The art is perfectly cut to fit an 8*10 frame but this design could be cut smaller to accommodate a smaller frame. This would be good for someone just starting to put their house together or someone decorating on a budget. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.
