inconsistent, bad at absorbing, dusty, and so overpriced. do not get this product or any products from this brand. definitely not sutible for pet rats. the ammonia build up is awful for any paper bedding. just get kilen dried Aspen from Amazon.

My Hammies love this bedding. very thick, good for burrowing and absorbs very well. Yes it’s expensive but it’s worth it, this is because this is the correct type of bedding for them, it can’t make them sneeze and it won’t cause any respiratory infections such as wood shavings. Looks pretty too. Would recommend.🐹

Not bad...used it a few times... it does make a big mess if the cage has bars... definitely keeps my critters warm. They seemed to like it but I did not since i was the one that had to clean it up! It did clog up my vacuum lol. Price isnt't bad. But I don't like messes hahaha - colors are pretty lol
