This was the first time after 5 previous births of me wearing a binder and it’s a need. I think it helped with the back pain that I had from labor and with the breastfeeding cramps. I do still wear it because of how breathable it is and comfortable. I got it on sale so the price was just right for me. The only thing I don’t like is that it bunches up a bit after a while of wearing it but otherwise no complaints.

Great Velcro and no bunching of fabric like other bands. Very well made and loved the support it provided. Wearing the band really helps with post partum cramping.
