This works great for my fine but thick hair that is easily weighed down by conditioners/treatments that are too heavy. I have damaged hair from years of highlighting and this minimizes breakage and keeps it looking healthy. Not really a fan of the scent but it dissipates by the time I put styling products in my hair.
