This is very efficient it is portable. It was easy to assemble and it’s very comfortable. It does work on your midsection, but you must be consistent with it in order to see great results so I would definitely recommend this for those who love to be active and work on your lower abdomen, middle and upper.

Oh, I had this ad rocket had to have it as soon as I seen it was a little disappointed it didn’t work as well as I had hoped my hula hoop does a much better job
